Get Your Shots During the Tree Festival and Special Events in Lyme

Vaccinations will be at the Lyme Congregational Church

CommunityCare of Lyme, with grant and coordination support from the Village to Village Network, is pleased to offer COVID and FLU vaccinations while you are out an enjoying an exciting day in Lyme. It’s the Lyme Tree Festival with lots of other delights happening around the Lyme Common on December 2nd, between 1pm and 4pm.

Free, walk-in clinic inside the Lyme Congregational Church. You can enter through either door of the church. The back of the church is ramp-accessible. You’ll see the vaccine team’s van will be at the back of the church.

NOTES:

• You do not need to have insurance to receive shots.
• This clinic is made possible by a grant through the Village to Village Network, with the goal of increasing vaccination rates, especially among older people.
