Chair Yoga: Find Strength & Serenity with Kim Wenger Hall (All Abilities Welcome!)


For this free Wellness Wednesday experience, class size is limited and registration is required. Be sure to register early! Join Kim Wenger Hall for a 60-minute chair yoga class designed to enhance your well-being! This gentle practice welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels who can comfortably utilize a chair for support.

More about Kim: Based in West Lebanon, Kim Wenger Hall has been teaching chair yoga since she completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2013. She leads chair yoga classes for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, vinyasa classes at Mighty Yoga and yoga of all kinds online at her private studio, Flourish Art & Yoga.
