SUMMARY:Aging in Community Gathering
DESCRIPTION:We are in the process of re-energizing and reimagining Aging in Community\nAging well has been a central focus since the founding of CommunityCare of Lyme in 2014. Understanding that intergenerational involvement is critical\, we also recognize the need to focus on the special concerns\, needs\, and unique capacity as we age in our communities. The goal is that everyone can age as they choose – staying in their longtime house\, moving within town\, or relocating to a new home. How do we stay in community as our homes may move? How do we live our best lives at every stage of our lives? There are so many questions and opportunities to explore together. \nALL ARE WELCOME! If you are aging\, if you think someday you may be aging\, or if you care about someone who is aging\, you belong in this conversation\, wherever you live right now. \nDo you have ideas\, or would you like to join in as we define and form this collaboration of organizations and individuals? Please contact Martha Tecca by replying email or or 603-443-0283.

SUMMARY:Singles Party & Speed Dating - Whaleback Mt

You can choose to speed date or just come and meet new people! When registering for this event\, some drop down questions will be asked so we can pair you with other singles that match. There is a chance that someone registered does not get a chance to speed date because we were unable to match up your requirements. \nThe format for such an event involves short\, 3 to 10 minute face-to-face sessions with each available match. Each participant will get a speed dating sheet to record their dates’ names and to mark if they would be interested in another date. The next day\, Whaleback will review the speed dating sheets from each round and look for a match. If you receive a mutual yes with someone you speed dated with\, Whaleback will send you their contact information via email. \nThe $5 admissions is for everyone who attends the party. \n* Also\, tickets can be purchased at the door the night of the event\, along with food and drink \nIF YOU PLAN TO SPEED DATE\, YOU MUST REGISTER \nEnter to win Whaleback SWAG & Day Ski Passes!
