SUMMARY:Passing Project with Tracy Penfield – ARC Program
DESCRIPTION: A virtual program as part of the ARC’s “End-of-Life Cafe”\nCCL is hosting a watch party for this virtual program in our living room. Feel free to stop by to participate.\nContact 603-795-0603 or email us with questions. \nLeader: Tracy Penfield\, Passing Project Artistic Director\, Trauma Healing Artist and Educator\nThe intent of this experience is to enlighten and lighten participants about the notion of passing on\, whether for yourselves or for loved ones. Engaging our imaginations will help to ease fear or uncertainty about these inevitable passings\, as well as other challenging transitions\, such as leaving a career or moving to a new home.  We explore them as stories\, which we call Personal Mythologies. \nEveryone will be asked three simple questions and you may write and/or draw your responses. Whether or not you choose to share these with the group is entirely up to you. Either way\, you will have a record of this experience to reflect upon and perhaps expand. \nPlease have some pieces of blank paper and any writing or drawing utensils handy\, such as pencil\, pen\, markers\, etc. \nIf holding a utensil is difficult for you\, it is fine to imagine your answers and hold them in your mind. \nYou will receive a zoom link for this class 60 minutes before the class starts. The zoom link will be sent directly from the Aging Resource Center to the email you registered with. \nClick here to register to join at home.
