SUMMARY:Celtic Night
DESCRIPTION:Celtic Night at the Anonymous Coffeehouse\nFrom the Anonymous Coffee House: \nMost Celtic bands all have other obligations on March 17\, so instead we’re presenting a Celtic-themed night on Friday March 3. \nWe’ll open with guitarist Eric Jayne whose playing incorporates two-handed tapping\, percussion\, and ambient drones to create his own unique style of Celtic music. Eric’s first album is called “The Quiet World”. Footworks\, the father/son/daugher family band that plays the high energy music of Cape Breton will follow. And we’ll close with Fifth Business\, a quintet journeying down from the Northern Kingdom and making their debut on our stage — their repertoire includes the one and only happy Scottish love song in captivity!! \nWe’ll serve free baked goods and refreshments at the intermissions and the musicians will jointly lead all of the audience members (THIS MEANS YOU) in a waltz just before the third act begins! \nClick HERE for more information.
