You are cordially invited to the Briggs Opera House on Saturday, April 9th from 6-10pm for a fundraiser and film/art showcase in support of the short film, ‘Bad Mother’ set to shoot this Memorial Day, May 2022 in Thetford, Vermont.
Molly Longwell, the writer and director of ‘Bad Mother’ will be hosting this event in partnership with the Briggs Opera House and White River Indie Films (WRIF).
Members of the ‘Bad Mother’ cast and crew will be contributing to the lineup of short films, video art, and live performances, as well as, hopefully, local filmmakers! All ticket sales and generous contributions from the evening will go towards ‘Bad Mother’ production costs, such as proper pay for cast and crew, camera and lighting equipment rentals, lodging, transportation from New York City, etc. The production will use every single generous penny.
Hotel Coolidge will be providing a cash bar all evening, so come along for a night of art and mingling (finally!) We will be checking vaccine cards at the door. Please bring along any friends and family! Everyone is welcome!
