The solstice sun will light the way into our next decade together.
General Schedule of the evening:
• 6pm Gather to live instrumental music, choose a drink and a treat or two, and connect with one another. Weather permitting, there will be lawn games outside.
• At 6:30, we’ll share a little history and toast some special people. We’re thrilled that many of CCL’s founding leaders will be with us, along with lots of volunteers and generous supporters. There is loads of gratitude! Our next Executive Director, Fauve Dela Cruz, is eager to share her excitement about joining the team, and a peek at what’s ahead.
• Then, more music! The band will be back on stage, and we’ll hear some sweet songs from special people.
• And more food and drink! Neighbors are creating a beautiful spread of savory and sweet treats. We’ll have a sparkling lemon raspberry punch and bottles of bubbly, plus water and lemonade. Feel free to bring something else special you’d like to enjoy.
• We’ll be ready to dance to favorite tunes from across the years. We hope you will too. Let us know if there’s music or a particular song that will get you on your feet!
• Throughout the evening, we will be among old and new friends, sharing joy, gratitude, and our great hopes for our future together in community.
