Beginner Bootcamp and Social
7:00-8:30 pm – beginner bootcamp: you will learn lead and follow technique for the fundamental moves of the Cuban social dance known as “casino”, such as paso básico, dile que no, enchufa, and vacila.
8:30-10:00 pm – social/open dancing to practice what you’ve learned, and some rueda de casino (dancing casino in a circle, as a group) as well!
$15 for bootcamp and social, $5 for social only

Join us for a fun and friendly dance! No partner needed. Beginners welcome! Please bring clean shoes. I recommend bringing a water bottle. I’ll bring some chips and seltzer water, feel free to bring snacks to share.
