Juneteenth Keynote Lecture with Tricia Rose:

Understanding Metaracism and Its Impact on the Lives of Black People

Tricia Rose, the Chancellor’s Professor of Africana Studies and director of the Center for the Study of Race and Ethnicity in America at Brown University, is a dynamic speaker, scholar and author of her newest book Metaracism: How Systemic Racism Devastates Black Lives – and How We Break Free.

This lecture promises to shed light on the impact of systemic racism on the experiences of Black people in the U.S. and how we can create a more just America for us all.
