Independence Day: Past, Present and Future

Parade begins at 11am from Rivendell School Driveway

Festivities continue all night!

All entries for the parade are welcome and should be at the Rivendell Middle School parking lot by 10:00 AM for line up.

Following the Parade, there will be:

Flag raising and Fairlee Volunteer Fire Dept’s chicken BBQ (Take out only) on the Fairlee Common

Pie and ice cream at the Fairlee Community Church,

An evening concert on the Fairlee Common

Fireworks at dusk on Lake Morey.

Dust off the red, white and blue bunting and decorate a parade entry!! There will be ribbons for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and a Best in Parade Award. The Judges’ Stand will be in Fairlee at Chapman’s Place across from Chapman Store.

Also, all veterans are welcome to join the Veteran Float that will be located at a small parking area on the corner of Rt 25A and Rt 10.
Please be there by 10:00 am.
