Join us in the CommunityCare of Lyme Living Room at the Lyme Center Academy Building for warm in-person conversation with friends new and old. All are welcome! If you need a ride, just call!

This month is Self-Love Month. Throughout the month of January we celebrate the time to uplift yourself by investing time in you. With these long, dark days, finding ways (and sometimes even the energy) to celebrate can be a challenge. How will you chose to express gratitude to yourself this month?
