This is a one-time workshop to explore the challenges of navigating holiday traditions and gatherings when your loved one has dementia. We will explore ways to adjust traditions to make them more supportive and how to talk with family members or friends who don’t understand.

Participants will leave this workshop with some tools to find joy during what can be a hard season.
